ACCOMMODATIONS

* All two-room suites with refrigerator, microwave, sink area, telephones, two cable TV's, VCR/DVD and heat/AC
* Indoor heated pool and hot tub with large outdoor deck
* Elevator to all floors including underground parking garage
* Private sun deck or balcony with each suite
* Complimentary continental deluxe breakfast each morning in the atrium
* We regret that we can not accommodate pets under any circumstances
* Health club privileges, massage therapy, and golf privileges
* Complimentary High Speed Wireless Internet throughout the hotel

SUITE CAPACITY

In order to preserve the integrity of the hotel, we limit the number of guests in each suite and only certain suites can accommodate children.

Check-in after 2:00 PM ** Check-out by 11:00 AM


RATES

Rates are per night, for two people and are subject to Maine lodging tax. Rate variation is due to midweek/weekend/holiday fluctuations and length of stay. Charges for additional guests, including children, are $20.00 per night, cots and cribs are available for $10.00 per night. Prices subject to change.

RESERVATIONS/PAYMENTS

Reservations will be guaranteed and confirmed in writing, upon receipt of deposit. Balance is due upon arrival. Advance deposits by check or money order only. Upon arrival we accept cash, Travelers Cheques, Visa, Discover, and Master Card.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is received at least ten days prior to scheduled arrival and will be charged a $25.00 processing fee. There are no refunds for early departures.

MINIMUM STAYS

Minimum stays will apply on weekends, during peak season and over holidays.

PARKING

Due to limited space, parking is restricted to one vehicle per suite.

SPECIFIC ROOM REQUESTS

Every effort will be made to accommodate special room requests, however, specific rooms by number cannot be guaranteed.
